Quantity Surveyor Ramsgate Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum Permanent Join our client, a well-established construction organisation delivering commercial, residential, new build and refurbishment schemes across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team. The Role You will oversee 2–4 live projects, ensuring strong commercial performance throughout each build. This includes managing procurement, subcontractor negotiations, cost reporting and full lifecycle financial control. You will be based in the Manston office, with regular site visits.
